Television and Radio Company “Svoboda FM” was founded in 2015 by the founders of the first Chernihiv Internet publication “High Waltz” (VAL.UA).
The goal is to create the first independent public radio station of the spoken-music format in the north of Ukraine: news without borders, analytics, high-quality Ukrainian and world music, theater and cultural processes in the global context, economics, transboundary Baltic-Black Sea cooperation.
