This community radio pulses born peers linked to the trade union movement (hence the name), partly stimulated a strong militancy that was generated in response to the repeal of Article 29 of the investment law where an injury to the rights of workers for unpaid salaries was generated.; where they spent a possibility of claims for breach of ten years, a reduction of this right, two just. Repeal of the law that occurred in the 99 plebiscite remembered, in which the vote was not mandatory and in conjunction with misinformation and indifference of some sectors led to the defeat of the union movement.
