Radio Ciutat Vella was founded in 1989 as a tool to give Raval possibility of denouncing the situation in which it was subject at the time one of the most emblematic of the city, also known as Chinatown time.
Its creation was also used to create the first school radio workshop in this area of the city, although it took too long when through its waves could denounce the situation of marginalization in which it was our neighborhood.
